Welcome to Cherokee Hills! Wondering what to expect during your first visit? Here is some information to help you get to know us, and feel comfortable when you visit.
We’re located near the corner of NW 63rd Street and MacArthur, at 5700 NW 63rd Street. Click here for a map.
When you enter our campus, the worship center entrance is on the south-west side of the building, located under a covered drive. It’s easiest to enter the worship center from this entrance. Guest parking is also conveniently located just west of the pull through.
Located just outside the worship center, is our main Information Center. Here, helpful volunteers can answer questions, direct you to classes, and make you feel welcome!
Our weekly worship services are held at 10:45 a.m. on Sunday mornings, and 5:30 p.m. on Sunday evenings. These services combine a blended style of musical worship with engaging teaching time spent digging deeply into the truth of the Bible. Our purpose in everything we do is to help each person know and follow Christ, not only at church, but in daily life as well. We believe this is an essential weekly time together to worship the Lord and learn from God’s word, in order to grow deeper with Him. We’d love to have you join us!
Get Connected with Small Groups
Small groups are a significant part of what CHBC is all about. The Bible demonstrates that doing life together is an essential part of growing deeper in our relationships with Christ, and sharing what he’s done with other people. These groups provide an incredible opportunity that you don’t want to miss! Our small groups meet weekly on Sundays at 9:30 a.m. Check out the class descriptions and locations here, or simply go to the Information Center to find a class you’d like to try!
We have excellent classes and worship for kids, too! Entering our building on the northwest side near the “Pre-school” sign, is the easiest way to find the nursery and children’s wing. There will be friendly volunteers stationed by our check-in stations to help you find the right classes. Age groups from infants to kindergarteners will be downstairs, and 1st-6th grade students will have classes upstairs. Click here to find out more about our children’s ministry!
Our Connection Class is an orientation class for those interested in becoming members of our church. In this class you will learn who we are as a church, what we believe, and what it means to be a member. You will also have an opportunity to meet our staff. Please click here to sign up, or call 405-721-5338 for further information.
What should I wear?
The atmosphere is relaxed, and casual attire is the norm for worship services and most events.
