Sunday Mornings
We love Sundays at CHBC. Sundays are the best time for us to gather together, to worship Jesus, and grow in faith as one unified, multi-generational church body.
Small Groups at CHBC
Small groups are a huge part of what CHBC is all about. We like to say that we are a church of small groups, not a church with small groups.
That one word makes all the difference.
The Bible demonstrates that doing life together is an essential part of growing deeper in our relationships with Christ, and sharing what He's done with other people. These groups provide an incredible opportunity to grow closer to Jesus and one another.
Our small groups meet weekly on Sundays at 9:30am and throughout the week.
Who Are Small Groups For?

Our YoPro class is geared toward single adults who are out of college and generally in their 20s or 30s.
Nearly/Newlyweds:
We have a class for engaged couples or newlyweds who are adjusting to a new phase of life.
-
Families
We have three classes for young families who may have children:
Young Married:
Our thriving Young Married class is for couples in their twenties who haven’t started a family yet or are just getting started.
Young Families:
The Young Families class is for couples in their 30s and 40s with or children who are younger.
Families in Motion:
This class is for couples in their 30s and 40s with or children who are becoming students and entering middle school or even high school.

Ladies
We currently have two classes for ladies each Sunday morning:
Adult 6 Ladies:
This class is for ladies in their 70s or older looking for a fun group to build community around.
Ladies Class:
Our other ladies class is for ladies of all ages and life stages and is a great place to connect and belong.
-
Other Adult Small Groups
We have a number of adult small groups generally organized by age and life stage, including classes for 40s with older kids, 50s and 60s classes for empty nesters, and many senior adult classes as part of our vibrant senior adult ministry.
We Gather in Worship
We gather to exalt the name of Jesus through creative arts and the teaching of the Word. We are a multigenerational community and we worship in a contemporary style.
We exist to restore, grow, and send.
Our atmosphere is relaxed, and casual attire is the norm for worship services and most events.
Wednesdays evenings provide a great opportunity for the whole family to engage with the gospel and with the church during the week.
Each Wednesday evening we host a family meal, activities for children and students of all ages, adult Bible studies, and D-Groups.
Schedule
5-6pm: Family Meal ($5 per person, $15 family max)
6-7:30pm: All Wednesday activites

D-Groups at CHBC
We believe in the power of close-knit, gospel-centered relationships at CHBC. We strive for people to find relational and accountable community that will help them grow closer to one another and closer to Jesus.
At CHBC, we believe D-Groups are the best way to do exactly that.
In small groups of gender-specific, like-minded friends, the believer can thrive.
GED and Free Adult Education
Every Wednesday at 6:15 we offer free GED training and practice tests for those looking to take the General Educational Development degree. Our tutors are available to help answer questions and guide you through different sections of the test to fit your needs.
We also offer English as a Second Language helps for practical, everyday use. Find us upstairs every Wednesday evening, ready to help however you need it most!
